These Terms define the conditions for using Kids Art Museum ("the App").

    Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or legitimate rights holders.

    1. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
    2. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App's content.

      3. Article 5 (Changes to Terms)

      We may change these Terms as necessary. Changed Terms will take effect when displayed on the App.

      Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

      These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
